Pyongyang, Jun 19 (EFE).- The leaders of North Korea and Russia, Kim Jong-un and Vladimir Putin, respectively, signed Wednesday a treaty on comprehensive strategic partnership that will form the backbone of bilateral relations, Moscow’s state-owned Tass agency reported.The development comes as Pyongyang and Moscow decide to further strengthen their ties to counter Washington and its allies.
