Robotic guide dog from Brazil wins Fundación Mapfre's Social Innovation Awards

Madrid, May 4 (EFE).- A robot guide dog Lysa from Brazil, Spanish and Mexican online platforms KUVU and ANA-Paz Mental, were crowned winners of the V edition of the Fundación Mapfre Awards for Social Innovation for their contribution to improve people's lives and transform society.

The tree international projects received an individual award of 40,000 euros for the development of their proposals.

Lysa is a robot guide dog that helps visually impaired people, while KUVU connects young and old people to share accommodation and ANA-Paz Mental cares for the caregiver of sick people. (Camera: JESÚS BARTOLOMÉ).
