Rio de Janeiro is the first Brazilian city to stop requiring masks

Rio de Janeiro, March 7 (EFE) .- Circulating without a mask in both open and closed environments will no longer be mandatory as of Tuesday in Rio de Janeiro, which will also lift this month the rule that requires the presentation of the vaccination certificate against covid to enter spaces such as cinemas and tourist attractions.
