Researchers from the University of Valencia find mummified body in Pompeii

Pompeii (Italy), Aug 17 (EFE) .- According to tradition, the bodies of adults were always cremated in Pompeii, the city destroyed by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 BC, however the finding of the University of Valencia researchers of a magnificently preserved tomb with the partially mummified body of a man has confused archaeologists: Why did Marcus Venerius Secundio want to be buried?
