Rains cause damage to several houses in Parwan province

Ghorband (Afghanistan), April 18 (EFE).- The death toll from heavy rains that have lashed the country since last week has risen to 50, according to Afghanistan's Taliban government.

Afghanistan is one of the countries in the world most affected by climate change and the least prepared to adapt to it, according to a report by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
