Granada (Spain), March 31 (EFE).- (Camera: José Torres García). The rain gave a brief truce in Granada this Sunday and allowed the residents of the municipality of Cúllar Vega to set off some 120,000 firecrackers to celebrate their procession of the Risen Child, a tradition declared a Festival of Cultural Interest by the Junta.Although the weather forecasts announced rainfall throughout the morning, the rain has stopped for half an hour this afternoon, when the images of the Risen Child Jesus and the Virgin of the Rosary have traveled through the streets of the town at a faster pace than usual but with their traditional smell of gunpowder and smoke and the noise of firecrackers.FOOTAGE OF THE CELEBRATION WITH FIRECRACKERS OF THE RESURRECTED CHILD
