Rafael Correa affirms that the referendum in Ecuador was a "resounding defeat" for Noboa

Quito, Apr 23 (EFE) - The former president of Ecuador Rafael Correa (2007-2017) said on Tuesday that the referendum held on Sunday at the initiative of the current president, Daniel Noboa, was "a triumph of the Ecuadorian people" and "a resounding failure for the Government", which he does not see in a position to resolve the country's crisis in the coming months, before the general elections of 2025.
