Quito's Metro begins full operation with normality and without crowds

Quito, Ecuador Dec 1 (EFE).- The Quito Metro, the first subway transportation system in Ecuador built by the Spanish company Acciona at a cost of more than 2 billion dollars, began operating normally and without crowds on Friday.
