Queues in Seville to visit the icons that did not appear due to rain | Video

Seville, Mar 29 (EFE).- (Camera: David Arjona). Hundreds of people have visited early in the morning the headquarters of the brotherhoods that did not go out yesterday, Thursday or during the early morning, to contemplate the icons still in their steps, where they will be at least during the weekend, until return to their altars of worship.

Since nine in the morning, the queues in front of temples such as the Basilica of the Macarena or the Gran Poder are the predominant trend in the Andalusian capital, with people sometimes braving the rain to be able to see icpns that they have not been able to walk through the streets like every year.

Some saetas have even been heard, such as that of the singer Fernando Castro, who has visited the Cristo de la Expiración -El Cachorro-, who will leave this afternoon if the rain does not prevent it, and wanted to give him an saeta composed and performed by him right at the doors of the temple, in full view of the dozens of people waiting to see the icon.
