Protesters rally in Atlanta for peace amid Middle East tensions

Atlanta, Oct 24 (EFE/EPA).- Protesters rallied Tuesday at the "Ceasefire Now" demonstration in downtown Atlanta, U.S., to express their concern over the ongoing hostilities between Israel and Hamas.

The conflict escalated following an intense attack launched from the Gaza Strip on October 7, which provoked retaliatory attacks. (Camera: ERIK S. LESSER).
