Protest outside the Supreme Court as Trump's judicial immunity hearing is held in Washington

Washington (USA), Apr 25 (EFE/EPA) - Activists demonstrate outside the Supreme Court in Washington on the day the U.S. Supreme Court hears oral arguments to determine whether Donald Trump has immunity from prosecution and can evade criminal prosecution over the Capitol assault by having been president of the country.

Trump is charged with four criminal counts in a Washington federal court for his attempt to reverse the election he lost in 2020 to Joe Biden and instigating the 2021 Capitol assault, but his defense asked for a mistrial because the Republican has immunity because he was president.
