TRANSLATION:

Look, we have been conducting an investigation since October 2018 and the coordinator of the special team had already announced it in the goals that this human group had fallen behind. And I think that the pandemic has affected all of us as a society and also public officials and also prosecutors who work in the special team. Therefore, since the investigation with the prosecution evidence is now concluded, it is the obligation of the prosecutor and in this case of the special team to present the accusation so that the accused can defend themselves against the charges before the judiciary. And therefore, and I want you to be able to understand me, this is already in the competence of the judiciary, no longer, of the prosecution.
