Progress in the fight against fires in the Pantanal

Corumbá (Brazil), July 1 (EFE).- Firefighters deployed in the Pantanal, an extensive wetland that covers territories in Brazil, Bolivia and Paraguay, observed that the fires seem to be beginning to subside, although they acknowledged that they have not yet managed to completely contain them.
