Former President Vicente Fox will seek to promote the regulation of cannabis in Mexico

Mexico City, Oct 4 (EFE).- Former Mexican President Vicente Fox (2000-2006) will gather this month international marijuana businessmen at the Canna Mexico Summit to overcome the delay in its regulation in the country, which could become the third largest market in the world, as expressed this Tuesday in an interview with Efe.
