Former president Santos: The biggest mistake of the current government is to give "letter of marque" to FARC dissidents

Bogota, Nov 24 (EFE) - Former Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos said on Friday, during the commemoration of the seventh anniversary of the signing of the peace agreement with the extinct FARC, that the "worst strategic mistake" of the current government of Gustavo Petro has been to give "letter of marque" to the dissident groups that emerged from the guerrillas.
