Pre-candidate Laura Raffo believes Uruguay could become a Mercosur partner

Montevideo, Apr 30 (EFE).- The pre-candidate for the presidency of Uruguay for the ruling National Party Laura Raffo said Tuesday that the South American country could become an associate of a Mercosur that “has not met the objectives” of becoming a customs union and a common market.
