Avignon, France, Jun 27 (EFE/EPA).- The New Popular Front has begun its campaign for the upcoming legislative elections in France, scheduled for 30 June and 7 July 2024.

Raphael Arnault, the candidate for the 1st constituency of Vaucluse and spokesman for the Lyon-based antifascist group 'La Jeune Garde,' delivered a speech during an event in Avignon, rallying support for the alliance of French left-wing parties.

The Nouveau Front Populaire, as the alliance is known, aims to consolidate left-wing support and present a united front in the legislative elections. (Camera: TERESA SUAREZ).
