Vatican City, May 31 (EFE) - (Camera: Antonello Nusca) Pope Francis on Wednesday called for "intentions of peace" for "those who have political responsibilities", during a passage of his greetings after the general audience held in St. Peter's Square.

At the end of the audience, the pontiff greeted the young people of the peace initiative "Rondine Cittadella della Pace" in Arezzo (central Italy), among whom were some from Ukraine, Russia and other countries at war and who "have decided not to be enemies, but to live as brothers and sisters", Francis stressed.
