Polio vaccination campaign for 190,000 children in India

Kashmir (India), Mar 3 (EFE/EPA) - (Camera: Farooq Khan) The Indian Department of Health launched the 'Pulse Polio' campaign in the Himalayan region with the aim of immunizing 190,000 children under five years of age against polio. More than 11,000 vaccination posts have been established across the region, with more than 45,000 vaccinators and 2,500 supervisors.
