Police in Valencia to control power and speed of scooters

Valencia (Spain), July 30 (EFE) - The Local Police of Valencia has carried out early this morning the first control of scooters with the new speed and power meter of personal mobility vehicles (VMP). This is a pioneering initiative in Spain and if the speed and power allowed by law is exceeded the penalty will amount to 500 euros and the withdrawal of the vehicle.
