A play "without borders" appeals to Latin American memory in Uruguay

Montevideo, Mar 16 (EFE) - Exercising Latin American memory is one of the missions of 'Primavera con una esquina rota', a play "without borders" that recalls in Uruguay the Condor Plan and the "terrible dictatorships" that took place in the region.
