Philippines celebrates health awareness with record-breaking human lung formation

Manila, Mar 16 (EFE/EPA).- On Saturday, an extraordinary gathering in Manila, Philippines, achieved the Guinness World Record for the largest human image of an organ.

Coordinated by the Department of Health together with various stakeholders in the health sector, the event saw 5,596 participants join forces to create a human representation of a lung.

This historic achievement, under the watchful eye of Health Secretary Teodoro Herbosa and numerous organisers and guests, underscored the Philippines' commitment to health awareness and community spirit. (Camera: ROLEX DELA PENA).
