Peruvian gov't calls motion to impeach president Castillo an attempted coup

Lima, Nov 27 (EFE).- Hundreds gathered Saturday in Lima to protest against the government of Peruvian president Pedro Castillo after the motion presented in Parliament by a group of right-wing opposition parties to remove him was described as an attempted coup by his ministers.
