PDVSA and Repsol sign agreement to expand exploitation of fields in a joint oil company

Caracas, Apr 17 (EFE) - State-owned Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) and Spanish multinational Repsol signed on Wednesday a new agreement with the aim of extending the number of oil fields to be exploited, in a joint venture that was reactivated last December, in which the European company has a 40% participación.
