Madrid, April 18 (EFE).- World-renowned marine scientist and Oceana executive Daniel Pauly warns that US President Donald Trump's policies have a "devastating effect" on fishing, and fears the European Union (EU) may ease its oversight in the reform of the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP).
