Patricia Lara Salive: Petro's government needs a manager

Bogota, Aug 16 (EFE).- In his inauguration as president of Colombia, Gustavo Petro ordered the sword of the Liberator Simon Bolivar to be taken to the ceremony, a piece of great symbolic value for the president who excited the country with a change that, after a year, still has not materialized, according to journalist and writer Patricia Lara Salive.
