Panama City, May 3 (EFE).- Panama's Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ) declared on Friday that “it is not unconstitutional” the decision of the Electoral Tribunal (TE) on March 4 to designate as presidential candidate José Raúl Mulino, favorite in the polls for Sunday's general elections, replacing in extremis former President Ricardo Martinelli, who was disqualified after being sentenced to more than ten years in prison.Camera: Carlos Lemos and archival footage.
