Panama’s president reaffirms commitment to freedom of expression and press before the IAPA

Panama City, Nov 21 (EFE).- Panamanian President Jose Raul Mulino reaffirmed his commitment to freedom of expression and the press, highlighting significant advancements in government transparency. On Thursday, he signed the Chapultepec and Salta II declarations, becoming the first regional leader to endorse the latter.
