Panama transforms historic abandoned school in violent area into cultural center-

Colon (Panama), Jun 24 (EFE) - Panamanian authorities on Monday opened a major cultural and artistic center in the Caribbean province of Colon, hit by high rates of violence and poverty, after refurbishing this historic building that served for years as one of the most important schools in the area.
