Panama launches "Cultural Satellite Account", a project to measure cultural impact

Panama City, Apr 26 (EFE) - The Panamanian Ministry of Culture, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Andrés Bello Agreement launched this Friday in the Panamanian capital the "Cultural Satellite Account", a project that collects information to measure the cultural impact in the country and create future policies for the sector.
