Guadalajara, Oct 20 (EFE).- Black ash from corn leaves, sugar from cempasúchil flowers, anise and sweet potato became the ingredients of the Pan de Muertos (Bread of the Dead) contest in which the chefs created this traditional bread, one of the symbol of the Day of the Dead season in Mexico, which is celebrated on November 1 and 2.
