Peshawar, May 21 (EFE/EPA).- Local Shiite Muslims prayed as mourners visited on Tuesday at the Khana-e-Farhang Iranian culture centre following the deaths of Iran's president Raisi and Foreign Minister Amir-Abdollahian.Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and several others were killed in a helicopter crash on 19 May 2024, after an official visit in Iran's northwest near the border with Azerbaijan, the Iranian government confirmed.The Pakistani government announced a day of national mourning for 21 May 2024, to express 'fraternal solidarity' with the people of Iran following Raisi's death.
