Opposition, mayoral candidates gather in Bogotá to protest Petro Government

Bogota, Oct 2 (EFE).- Opposition leaders and candidates for Mayor of Bogotá in the October 29 elections took part Monday in a protest against the Government of President Gustavo Petro.

María Fernanda Cabal, leader of the opposition Democratic Center, and mayoral candidates Diego Molano, former Minister of Defense, and retired General Jorge Luis Vargas, former director of the National Police, led the rally with torches and candles. (Camera: SANTIAGO GUERRA).
