Officials block event led by opposition candidate María Corina Machado in Caracas

Caracas, Jul 15 (EFE).- A group of people who identified themselves as militants of the ruling United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) blocked a political activity led by the opposition presidential candidate María Corina Machado in Petare, the largest favela in the country, located in Caracas.

The pro-government supporters blocked the passage of the also former deputy, her team and citizens, who were preparing to tour the favela. (Camera: IVÁN CÁRDENAS).
