The nuns say goodbye to their cloistered life in La Cartuja in Jerez de la Frontera

Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), March 16 (EFE).- "Let them take away our dance." With the mantle of these happy words, the sisters of Belén de la Cartuja de Jerez have covered their sadness, who this Saturday say goodbye to the historic 15th century monastery in which they have lived in cloister for the last 22 years, surrendered to silence, solitude and prayer.
