Northeast Spain celebrates Maundy Thursday with midnight drum ritual

Híjar, Mar 28 (EFE).- In the town of Híjar, Teruel, Spain, the deep night of Holy Thursday was electrified by the resonating sounds of drums and bass drums as the traditional " Rompida de la Hora" (Breaking of the Hour) was celebrated.
