Normality at Ceuta border, in second phase of reopening

Ceuta (Spain), May 31 (EFE) .- (Camera: Rafa Peña) The land borders between Spain and Morocco in Melilla and Ceuta live from this Tuesday, May 31, the beginning of a new phase in the reopening agreed between both countries after 26 months of closure, which will allow cross-border workers access to the two autonomous cities.
