Non-compliance with environmental rulings in Ecuador worries UN special rapporteur

Quito, May 18 (EFE).- The UN Special Rapporteur on Toxic Substances and Human Rights, Marcos A. Orellana, expressed his concern regarding the non-compliance or delay in complying with a series of judicial sentences in Ecuador on the protection of the environment and the health and life of people, as well as on the effects of illegal mining.
