Noboa takes office as Ecuador's new president

Quito, Nov 23 (EFE).- The president of Ecuador, Daniel Noboa, began his mandate Thursday after succeeding the outgoing president Guillermo Lasso and beginning his duties with four ministers still pending to be appointed.

Noboa is the youngest president in Ecuador's history at the age of 35. (Camera: JOSÉ LUIS RODRÍGUEZ).
