Noboa appoints 16 ministers after being sworn in as Ecuador's new president

Quito, Nov 23 (EFE).- The president of Ecuador, Daniel Noboa, appointed 16 ministers Thursday on his first day in office and left 4 more positions pending in hopes of appointing them over the course of the weekend.
