Nicolás Maduro says the staff of command will remain in good hands for years to come

Caracas, Jul 5 (EFE) - Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro said on Friday, with 23 days to go before the presidential elections, that the staff of commander in chief of the Armed Forces will remain in "good hands" in the years to come and - he said - "will never" fall into the hands of an "oligarch".
