NGO march demands moving from "words to action" at Lisbon conference | Video

Lisbon (Portugal), Jun 29 (EFE), (Camera: Carlota Ciudad).- "From words to action" was the claim that dozens of non-governmental organizations and members of civil society launched today during a mobilization in Lisbon coinciding with the United Nations Oceans Conference.

About 500 people toured the Parque de las Naciones, in the surroundings of the Altice Arena, venue of the conference, in the so-called March for Climate.

They listen to us very little, but they listen to us. So let's hope that what comes out of the summit is legally binding, that it moves from words to action.
