Neves, opposition candidate, wins presidential elections in Cape Verde

Praia (Cape Verde), Oct 18 (EFE) .- (Camera: Orlando Rodrigues) José Maria Neves, candidate supported by the main opposition party, will be the new president of Cape Verde after winning in the first round of the elections held in the small island nation this Sunday.
