Nepalese mountaineer climbs all eight-thousanders twice, sets world record

Kathmandu, Aug 20 (EFE/EPA).- Nepalese mountaineer Sanu Sherpa arrived in Kathmandu Saturday after becoming the first climber in the world to summit the eight-thousanders twice.

Eight-thousanders are 14 independent mountains that are more than 8,000 meters high above sea level and are located on the Himalayas and the Karakoram mountain ranges. (Camera: NARENDRA SHRESTHA).
