Moldavia hit by floods due to heavy rains

Chisinau, Sep 15 (EFE/EPA) - Chisinau is suffering from flooding due to heavy rains that have hit Central and Eastern Europe since Friday, leaving at least four dead in Romania, four missing in the Czech Republic and alarming water levels in Poland.
