Faisalabad (Pakistan), Aug 16 (EFE).- Several churches were burned this Wednesday in Faisalabad, in northeast Pakistan, after locals accused a young man belonging to the Christian minority of committing blasphemy, a serious accusation in the Asian country.A mob set fire to places of worship, a police spokesman for the Jaranwala area, Mohammed Naveed, told EFE "in response" to allegations of blasphemy that were amplified from some neighborhood mosques.Camera: Ilyas Sheikh.
