Missions, the tool of Chavismo for regaining strength in an election year

Caracas, Jan 23 (EFE).- Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro has promised new missions for this year - when the country will hold presidential elections - an announcement that analysts see as a familiar strategy of Chavismo, which has used these social aid programs as a "political arm" to regain strength before the elections.
