Mexico City/Tapachula, Jun 26 (EFE) - The Mexican and US governments boast of a drop in immigration arrests on the common border, but this reality contrasts with Mexico's southern border, where the number of irregular migrant encounters has tripled in Chiapas, a state bordering Central America.
