Mexico's inflation hits 20-year high in first half of November

Mexico City, Nov 24 (EFE).- Mexico's interannual inflation rate during the first half of November reached its highest level in 20 years due to the depreciation of the peso and the unexpected changes of Bank of Mexico's future leader.

Mexico's National Consumer Price in the first half of November rose 7.05 percent, an increase of 0.69 percent from the second half of October, the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGi) reported Wednesday. (Camera: MIGUEL ANGEL ANDRADE).
