Mexico's Colima is the world's most violent city for the second year in a row

Mexico City, Feb 21 (EFE).- Mexico's Colima, in the state of the same name (west), leads for the second consecutive year with 140.32 homicides per 100,000 inhabitants the 'Ranking 2023 of the 50 most violent cities in the world', presented Wednesday by the Citizen Council for Public Safety and Criminal Justice.
